Julien Bernard, President

Julien has developed a unique quantitative and financial expertise in sectors in which such approaches aren't common (Sports Industry, Culture, Tourism and Health).
He graduated from ESSEC Business School and holds a post-graduate diploma from the Paris-Dauphine University.
He started his career at L'Oréal as a Category Manager and then became Division Manager before joining the Boston Consulting Group as a Manager for 6 years. Julien is also the co-founder and General Secretary of the European Sports Marketing Chair at ESSEC Business School, and was Strategy and Development Director at Havas Sport & Entertainment prior to founding Nova Consulting in 2006.
He has been helping famous brands, institutions and local authorities by providing them strategic, financial and marketing insights for more than 10 years. Julien started his fellowship at ESSEC Business School in 2000 and then at Paris-Dauphine University where he is currently completing a Doctoral thesis on the impact of sponsorship on brands.
Nicolas Harlé, General Manager

With more than 20 years of experience in Strategy Consulting at the Boston Consulting Group, Nicolas Harlé is a world renowned expert in Financial Institutions and their digitalization.
Graduating from Ecole Centrale Paris, Nicolas Harlé began his career in the Banking sector at Indosuez and then joined the Boston Consulting Group in 1996. He completed his training in 1999 with the prestigious MBA from INSEAD. Then, he became one of the core members of the Financial Institutions and Technological Advantages practice of the Boston Consulting Group, and held the position of Senior Partner and Managing Director in the Paris Office. He also leads the Digital Banking Initiative in Western Europe and South America, and his expertise is a reference in Blockchain and FinTech topics.
In January 2018, he arrived at Nova Consulting as Managing Director. Among other things, his mission is to strengthen the group’s expertise in new technologies and to actively work on the development of Nova Consulting’s new Innovation Lab.
Garance Schelcher, Vice-President
Ecole du Louvre, Deloitte, Publicis: 20 years of professional experience
Garance has been working for 15 years in the communication and artistic sectors. After her communication and art history studies, she spent about 10 years as a consultant in the Culture and Communication fields.
She went from being a PR Project Manager at Rhônes-Poulenc to Director of the event communication department at Ecocom (Deloitte group), to Account Manager at Publicis Consultants. She then managed a festival of contemporary creation called "Le Printemps de Septembre" in Toulouse for more than five years, and is now General Partner at Nova Consulting.
Garance has developed an expertise in working on cultural patronage and culture marketing issues. Since 2008, she has held a key role in the creation of a network of public and private sector experts of the culture business industry.
